Hi, I'm Tim Larden.

I'm a product-minded software engineer and founder living in Seattle, WA. I'm building Reforged, where I ship practical AI and SaaS products.

Before Reforged, I spent more than a decade at Microsoft, most recently as a Principal Engineering Manager on Bing and Copilot. Earlier, I helped ship Azure's IoT platform and was named co-inventor on more than 10 related patents.

I'm a husband, father, and a huge music fan. I also love getting lost in a good story, like Sanderson's Stormlight Archive or Islington's Hierarchy.
